STRUCTURE AND CALENDAR

AMP Warsaw is delivered over seven months, across a core program of several two-day modules in Warsaw, and two weeklong residential modules on IESE’s world-class campus in Barcelona.

  • OPENING MODULE

    Reassessing the Foundation

    November 12-16, 2018

    OPENING MODULE

    During the opening module, participants take a step back to reassess their views on current business and economic environments. Participants will be divided into teams that will stay together throughout the program.

    Managing Value Creation

    CORE PROGRAM

    Core sessions look at leaders and their role in managing change, developing corporate strategies and creating value. Participants will implement their newly gained insights in their companies and discuss the consequences at the following session.

    Heading into the Future

    June 17-21, 2019

    CLOSING MODULE

    The last module will help participants unleash entrepreneurial potential in their firms. Participants also finalize their take-home agendas to implement at work upon the program completion.
