Driving Leadership Potential
As an enterprising, high-achieving professional, you may be looking to explore new avenues that accelerate your career and present you with new opportunities for growth.
Join IESE’s Driving Leadership Potential program which provides a blend of online and face-to-face content over a span of six months to help you achieve your objectives.
The program has two editions: a Miami edition, offered in partnership with Florida International University, and a New York edition, which takes place at IESE’s campus in midtown Manhattan.
DRIVE ALONG A FLEXIBLE ROUTE
Self-paced online modules
(4-6 hours per milestone)
Each milestone starts with a foundational online “discovery” phase that requires four to six hours of dedication. This phase lays a robust theoretical foundation through a combination of video lectures and academic materials.
Six face-to-face modules at either IESE New York or FIU, in Miami
(1.5 days per month)
This program is delivered at IESE’s New York campus or at FIU’s Miami campus. It consists of 1.5-day modules of the “discuss” phase, held all day Friday and Saturday until 1:45 pm. Bridging theory and practice, these sessions will reinforce your existing knowledge base with a mix of case studies, teamwork, lectures, experiential exercises and social activities.
Personalized leadership growth journeys
(running throughout the program)
Running throughout the program is the “doing” phase, a customized development track that reflects your explicit objectives and provides a platform to forge your personal brand, catalyze your growth and enrich your professional network.

"I did an MBA eleven years ago now. This served as a refresher. It’s a good precursor to or refresher of an MBA. The program provided me with a global point of view. It made me ask myself, “Am I thinking about things globally? Am I looking outside to other industries?” I now encourage my team to see what's happening in other industries and how other industries approach similar problems."
