Delivered over seven months, the Driving Leadership Potential program strategically blends online and face-to-face learning to elevate your understanding of core management functions and leadership tenets.
The program begins in April 2018 with an online welcome session. Completion of online pre-courses is necessary to advance to the next milestone.
ONLINE: April 27 – May 10, 2018 (3-5 hours a week)
NEW YORK CAMPUS: May 11-12, 2018
This milestone starts with a synchronous live online program introduction session, followed by an online module on “Decision Making”, giving you a six-step methodology to help solve business problems.
During the face-to-face module, you will booster your ability to lead and inspire others to achieve strategic objectives.
Driving Business Performance
ONLINE: May 14 – June 14, 2018 (3-5 hours a week)
NEW YORK CAMPUS: June 15-16, 2018
This milestone starts with an online module on “Accounting”, equipping you with the literacy to read and interpret financial statements for business diagnosis and decision making.
During the face-to-face module, you will develop a knowledge of managerial accounting and how to leverage financial data in your strategic decisions.
ONLINE: June 18 – July 12, 2018 (3-5 hours a week)
NEW YORK CAMPUS: July 13-14, 2018
This milestone starts with an online module on “Operational Finance”, helping you to understand the financial consequences of managerial decision on operations, marketing, etc.
During the face-to-face module, you will explore how to think like a senior leader and sharpen your critical thinking skills in a variety of competitive context.
ONLINE: Aug. 27 – Sept. 20, 2018 (3-5 hours a week)
NEW YORK CAMPUS: Sept. 21-22, 2018
This milestone starts with an online module on “Operations”, teaching you how to analyze and improve business processes and productivity.
During the face-to-face module, you will open the “black box” of entrepreneurship, making the process clear and understandable.
ONLINE: Sept. 24 – Oct. 25, 2018 (3-5 hours a week)
NEW YORK CAMPUS: Oct. 26-27, 2018
The milestone starts with an online module on “Marketing Fundamentals”, giving you the tools to explore how to identify and classify customers and how they make purchasing decisions.
During the face-to-face module, you will expand your grasp of digitalization and its disruptive impact on business models, revenue streams and customer behavior.
Effective Communication and Negotiation
ONLINE: Oct. 29 – Nov. 29, 2018 (3-5 hours a week)
NEW YORK CAMPUS: Nov. 30 – Dec. 1, 2018
The milestone starts with an online global challenge strategy simulation game with the objective of improving understanding of the global business operations of a firm in a dynamic, competitive environment.
During the face-to-face module, you will learn how to inspire, persuade and influence other to optimize your organizational impact.
